- Products purchased may only be returned on or before 14 days.
- To be eligible for a 100% refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you bought it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If you want to return a purchase, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- If the seal is evidently tampered/opened .
- If the item is not in good/original condition (damaged and with missing parts).
- If the item is returned after 14 days from date the of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or cash will be returned. Note that this may take a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and contact us for the mailing address where we can send the item.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning the item also for any losses in the shipping process. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping can be deducted from your refund.
Time of delivery of exchanged products may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
